The authors present a discrete-time control algorithm for a large class of continuous-time nonlinear time-varying systems based on Euler approximations for the system's response. Special attention is paid to robustness with respect to the underlying assumptions. The algorithm has been tested in various laboratory and industrial applications with excellent results.
