In this paper a new technique for designing robust stable controllers for multi-variable system with poorly known parameters is presented. We assume that the system matrices {A, B, C} are known to be within intervals A∈[A1, A2], B∈ [, B1, B2] and design a dynamic feedback compensator which ensures that the resulting closed-loop system will remain stable while A, B and C vary throughout their respective intervals. © 1985 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
