New online flux estimation technique in field-oriented control

A new technique to estimate the magnitude and position of the field vector of an induction machine is presented in this paper. This includes the on-line estimation of the critical machine parameters required for the estimation of the field vector. Simulation results of the field-oriented control of an induction machine with the flux feed back from the estimator are also presented.
